“…… the most important thing is that you took time to explain what you were going to do and what the various consequences might be. During the proceedure I felt entirely at ease knowing that you were going to consider my feelings at all times. At the end of the day most adults are just like children at the dentist and want reassurance and support. Although I am now 60 I am not ashamed to admit I still like to be cared for and considered just as a child when sitting in the chair.“
